About Us
This website is maintained by a group of pilots currently employed at several Canadian airlines. While we do not all work for the same employer, we share concerns that are common across pilot groups throughout the Canadian aviation industry.
Several of our contributors have been directly involved in negotiating past and current collective agreements. From that experience, we have seen how past and current market conditions are used to suppress pilot wages well beyond what was required for sustainable profitability.
No pilot group operates in isolation. Contractual gains achieved by one Canadian pilot group raise standards and expectations across the industry. Meaningful improvements in working conditions and compensation depend on pilot groups acting collectively and in solidarity toward shared objectives. We strongly encourage individual pilots to support colleagues—regardless of employer—during collective bargaining, recognizing that progress for one group ultimately benefits all.
Our objective is to provide accurate, relevant, and practical information to pilot groups seeking to improve their compensation and working conditions.
